Transform Fitness. 
Transform Fitness is a Group Fitness and Personal Training organisation based in Durham in the north east of England. We offer functional fitness sessions to challenge the needs of all individual goals whether its weight loss, health benefits, fitness improvement or sport specific training. We have evening, early morning, lunch time and weekend sessions so we should have a session to suit your working hours.
All of our Fitcamp sessions are different to ensure you are constantly being challenged and do not adapt to the same session.

What Transform Fitness offer.

Our trainers are qualified and experienced in advanced Level 3 fitness instruction, nutrition and sports therapy and rehabilitation. We encourage you to train with us whatever your level of fitness & begin the journey to a healthy lifestyle & a new you.

have a vast range in fitness capabilities within our clientele and there is a challenge here for everyone!
We offer fun and Innovative training styles and sessions which ensure “boring” gym routines are a thing of the past. We utilise the bodies biggest muscle groups to complete challenging yet ultra rewarding fitness sessions.

Great for fitness improvements, weight loss with a lot of fitness gains transferable to all sports. We run our sessions 52 weeks of the year so we'll always be here when you want to train!
Studies have shown that there are many reasons to train outdors and have listed many benefits such as achieving better results, greater adherance to your training, higher vitality, self esteem and lower levels of depression when compared to training indoors.

 Transform Fitness Outdoor Evening Sessions at MGL have begun

Great Monday session 15/04/2013, With a great turn out at
MGL Dragonville Belmont. All evening sessions as of April 2013 are to be held at MGL in Dragonville and start at 6:15pm until 7:15pm. Encourage your friends and come and have a go. Individual sessions are £4 or £40 for a block booking of 12 sessions.
